Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics or a related field is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in business process analysis, data management, change management, and/or analytical or research projects preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and/or Epicor Software.
• Advanced Excel and MS Access proficiency.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Create, run, and disseminate weekly and monthly reports as directed by stakeholders and team.
• ERP support, testing and implementation including CPP.
• Warehouse Management System support & testing for warehouse operations.
• Excel support for store and Home Office management.
• SharePoint support, updates, and changes for Merchandising.
• Data integrity, hierarchy, and maintenance.
• Document business needs and system requirements; track changes.
• Plan, organize, and conduct business process improvements.
• Lead designated projects or assignments and mentor team members.
