Job summary
Smart Managed Solutions is seeking a Building Performance Manager to evaluate, interpret, and optimize energy usage across our portfolio in Virginia. You will analyse energy, mechanical data, trends, and patterns to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement strategies aligning with environmental goals and regulatory requirements, providing ongoing data-driven recommendations and energy audits across sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Energy/Environmental Management or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in energy management or sustainability.
- Experience with data analysis and energy performance monitoring is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse energy data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements across the portfolio.
- Perform energy audits/surveys and support implementation of energy efficiency measures.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure data capture and effective maintenance planning.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to reduce energy consumption and costs.
