The role involves remote work with periodic site visits, collaboration with engineers and facility managers, and responsibilities spanning documentation, training, and reporting on system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of building systems engineering experience focusing on BMS and EPMS.
• Certifications such as BMS/EPMS Manufacture Training/Certification, LEED or CEM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement BMS and EPMS solutions integrated with building infrastructure.
• Optimize system performance to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BMS/EPMS.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Document system designs and maintenance activities; prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and facility managers on projects.
• Provide training and guidance to facility staff on system operation.
