The position requires a mature, independent worker who can manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and protect sensitive information in a professional setting. Shift KC1 D583, Mon–Fri 8:00am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn Salesforce.
• Able to type at least 25 WPM.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect data from multiple systems.
• Publish reports.
• Support the management team with administrative tasks.
• Follow-up on tasks.
• Maintain office supply inventory.
• Reporting quality performance of teams and department.
• Maintain statistical reporting to ensure business service levels are being met.
• Support Site activities and directives by planning, tracking, and following up on project.
• Maintain discretion and ensure proper handling when dealing with sensitive data.
