Job summary

You will build dashboards with Power BI and QlikView, develop KPI metrics, automate reporting, and provide Tier 2 support for ERP/CRM/ITSM, partnering with stakeholders to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, MIS, CS, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years in BI, data analytics, or related tech role.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and KPI-driven metrics.
• Experience supporting business applications and end users in a professional setting.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, QlikView, and BI tools.
• Create and manage KPIs supporting operations, finance, sales, and IT.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and visualizations for strategic decisions.
