We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Business Intelligence & IT Support Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This role serves as a critical link between business operations and technology by transforming data into actionable insights while supporting the systems and users that drive our organization's success.
The ideal candidate is passionate about data analytics, reporting, business process improvement, and technology support. This individual will develop meaningful dashboards and key performance indicators, support core business applications, identify opportunities for automation, and provide advanced technical assistance to end users.

- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI, QlikView, and other business intelligence tools.
- Create and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) that support operational, financial, sales, customer service, and IT objectives.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and visualizations that support strategic decision-making.
- Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Validate and reconcile data across multiple systems to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity.
- Present findings and recommendations to business leaders in a clear and actionable format.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis activities.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, datasets, and reporting models.
- Extract, transform, and consolidate data from ERP, CRM, ITSM, and other enterprise applications.
- Create and maintain reporting documentation, data dictionaries, and governance standards.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, inconsistencies, and reporting discrepancies.
- Support enterprise data governance and data standardization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and success metrics.
- Provide Tier 2 support for business applications, reporting platforms, and end users.
- Troubleshoot application, reporting, security, and user-access issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration technologies.
- Assist with user onboarding, offboarding, account management, and access provisioning.
- Support ERP, CRM, automation, and other line-of-business platforms.
- Train and assist users on reporting tools, dashboards, and self-service analytics solutions.
- Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and process guides.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, deployments, and technology improvement initiatives.
- Partner with department leaders to understand business challenges and reporting needs.
- Translate business requirements into practical technology and reporting solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process automation using reporting and workflow technologies.
- Recommend data-driven improvements that enhance productivity, service levels, and operational efficiency.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Assist in evaluating emerging technologies that can drive business value.
- Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and professional experience may be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Systems Analysis, or a related technology role.
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, and KPI-driven performance metrics.
- Experience supporting business applications and end users in a professional environment.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
