Job summary

Everwise Credit Union is seeking a Database and Applications Developer to design, develop, support, and document applications and integrations for clients. The role focuses on data governance, reporting, and analytics to empower business decisions.

You will work across full-stack development with C#/.NET for web applications and React or other JavaScript frameworks, building ETL processes and dashboards while ensuring data integrity and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience with SSIS and SSRS is required.
• 1+ years' experience developing solutions using Microsoft SQL Server is required.
• 1+ years' experience in C#/.NET web-based development experience required.
• Experience with SQL and approaches to designing and using relational databases.
• Web Services and API experience required.
• Familiarity with application security and defensive coding skills required.
• Client-side web technologies: CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Ajax (React a plus) preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is preferred.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, TFS, Azure DevOps is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, support, and document applications, tools, integrations, and related databases, aligning with Everwise's programming, security, and design standards.
• Create ETL processes using SSIS to support data integration needs.
• Build reporting solutions using SSRS based on user needs and available information.
• Prepare and analyze data, including profiling, cleansing, extracting, mapping, and transforming data to drive business objectives.
• Assist database and software developers in building optimized databases for applications.
• Write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures for integration with other applications.
• Develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards to meet reporting needs with clear data presentation for decision-making.
• Analyze client needs, identifying opportunities and problems to define effective solutions.
