Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years related work experience in higher education assessment.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Experience gathering, analyzing and reporting learning outcomes data.
• Ability to design data visualizations and present findings clearly.
• Familiarity with accreditation processes and program review cycles.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate, analyze and interpret outcome results to inform improvements.
• Facilitate use of learning and program outcomes data with academic leaders.
• Partner with stakeholders to convert ideas into measurable projects.
• Develop assessment plans with academic and organizational leaders.
• Support accreditation efforts through assessment cycles and documentation.
• Promote data-driven evaluative culture across institutional levels.
• Apply ethical data practices in data collection and reporting.
• Develop tools, templates and training for assessment practices.
• Evaluate assessment instruments and practices (e.g., item analysis).
• Represent assessment expertise on program review teams and committees.
• Share standards-based practices and advise teams on assessment solutions.
• Stay updated on trends in student learning assessment and delivery.
