Job summary

The Indiana University Bloomington School of Education is seeking an Assessment and Data Systems Manager (Data Analyst) to administer assessment, accreditation, and data management systems, including Watermark Planning and Self Study and Student Learning and Licensure.

You will lead data collection, analysis, and reporting for program evaluation and accreditation, produce disaggregated reports, support governance, and collaborate with faculty and administrators to ensure data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of data analysis, reporting, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professionalism and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage course and student data, maintain assessment configurations, and ensure accurate SIS data integration.
• Collect and analyze assessment, licensure, and candidate performance data to support evaluation.
• Produce disaggregated reports and ensure accuracy of enrollment and performance data.
• Lead ad-hoc reporting, dashboards, and data governance with junior analysts.
