Job summary

Salisbury University seeks an Assessment Coordinator and Data Specialist to support the Seidel School of Education and Prof Studies. The role involves managing academic program operations, budgeting activities, and comprehensive data collection for accreditation and program reviews.

Under limited supervision, the position requires analytical skills, data presentation, and proficiency with MS 365. Experience with reporting and compliance is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with four years of administrative staff experience.
• Working knowledge of reference and research methods for collecting and organizing data.
• Application of analytical and statistical principles and techniques.
• Ability to perform mathematical computations using that knowledge.
• Present statistical material in chart and graph form.
• Communicate ideas clearly in writing and orally; use MS 365 tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and tact.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee academic program operations within Seidel School.
• Align and monitor budget to support program goals.
• Collect, analyze data for accreditation and program reviews.
• Prepare compliance reports and summarize findings.
