Job summary

Chesterfield County Public Schools seeks a dedicated educator to deliver data-driven remediation for struggling learners within small groups or pull-out/push-in models. You will design individualized learning plans and monitor progress across core subjects at the school site.

The role includes implementing data journals, supporting teachers with differentiated instruction, and contributing to school improvement through assessment analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of instructional classroom strategies, student assessment and remediation.
• Attention to detail and strong communication, organizational, and writing skills.
• Ability to motivate and challenge students in remediation activities.
• Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide data-driven remediation in small groups or pull-out/push-in models.
• Develop individualized learning plans for intervention and monitoring.
• Explore electronic data journals to support instructional effectiveness.
• Support core teachers with differentiated instruction for struggling learners.
• Serve as School Test Coordinator (STC) and participate in SST communications.
• Analyze assessment data to inform school improvement and reporting.
