Job summary

OpenTalent in Toronto, ON is seeking an experienced DevOps Project Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of complex DevOps and technology initiatives, aligning teams across delivery, infrastructure, security, and product owners.

The role requires strong project management, hands-on knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and governance. You will coordinate multiple squads, manage plans, risks, and dependencies, and ensure successful handoffs and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technology initiatives across multiple squads and enterprise teams.
• Experience with DevOps, software delivery, CI/CD, developer platforms, security controls, or engineering enablement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex DevOps initiatives from mobilization through implementation, rollout, stabilization, and handoff.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans covering milestones, dependencies, environments, testing, approvals, communications, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate delivery across DevOps, infrastructure, cloud, security, ServiceNow, application, data, platform, QA, and support teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Architects, Engineers, Quality Engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders.
• Establish project governance, meeting cadence, decision paths, delivery controls, and escalation mechanisms.
