Job summary

OpenTalent seeks a Digital Services Technical Lead (DevSecOps & Cloud Transformation) to lead initiatives and advocate modern software practices through a DevSecOps methodology. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with BS/BA, or 12+ years with a HS Diploma.
• Experience building and operating complex enterprise software programs.

Responsibilities

• Be a key technical leader to drive maturity of current software development and continuous delivery for highly visible apps.
• Lead strategic change and digital adoption across multiple business units in senior advisory roles.
• Oversee technology transformation initiatives, including AI, analytics, and emerging digital solutions.
• Assess impact and communicate status to executives; draft technical approaches for RFIs.
• Use modern tools and observability practices to identify and fix enterprise or cloud issues and drive improvements.
• Monitor communications during high-impact events and manage customer issue resolution end-to-end.
• Standardize processes to improve incident response; ensure engineering teams maintain standards.
• Connect data, systems, and new technologies (AI, dashboards) with tools for data, finances, design, equipment, and progress.
