Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; comparable progressive accounting experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Review, reconcile, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources.
• Audit daily operational activity to identify missing or inaccurate information.
• Research discrepancies and work with internal teams and customers to resolve issues.
• Prepare accurate customer billing based on individual client requirements.
• Assist with onboarding new customers and translating their billing requirements into internal processes.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly statements for contract carriers.
• Review contract information and multiple data points to validate appropriate rates.
• Calculate and summarize driver payroll involving multiple rates, calculations, and differentials.
• Partner closely with operations and other teams to keep information accurate and deadlines on track.
