Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of direct A&R experience with verifiable examples of artists, songs, or deals you've discovered or helped sign.
• Comfortable researching, interpreting performance data beyond personal taste.
• Explain what is growing, how quickly, the evidence, and why to act now.
• Fluent spoken and written English; active social presence (Instagram) and availability M-F with Bangkok overlap.

Responsibilities

• Scout emerging artists, unreleased songs, and viral records across social and streaming platforms.
• Evaluate opportunities using momentum, ownership, and fit with Trillex Music Group.
• Explain recommendations with links, data, timeframes, and clear rationale.
• Contact artists/managers, follow up consistently, and progress opportunities toward calls and deals.
