Job summary

Hierarchy Music LLC is seeking a remote, commission-based TikTok LIVE Talent Recruiter/Scout to identify and evaluate artists, creators, and hosts who fit Hierarchy Music. You will source talent across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms, research prospects, and submit top candidates for review by the team.

The ideal candidate has recruitment or A&R experience in music or entertainment, strong familiarity with TikTok LIVE and social platforms, and excellent communication skills.

Role Description

This is a remote, commission-based TikTok LIVE Talent Recruiter / Scout role. The Recruiter / Scout will identify and evaluate emerging and established artists, creators, and hosts who are a strong fit for Hierarchy Music. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing talent across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms, researching prospects, and submitting top candidates to our team for review.

Qualifications

• - Recruitment or A&R experience in music, entertainment, or a talent agency is required.
• - Strong familiarity with TikTok, TikTok LIVE, and social media platforms, including trends and creator communities.
• - Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with a sharp eye for talent.
• - Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• - Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or live streaming is a plus.
• - High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory talent practices.
• - 18+.

Compensation

Performance-based commission. Specific structure will be shared after the interview phase.
