Job summary

Mercedes-Benz U.S. International invites motivated students to join our Financial Operations team as paid interns in Tuscaloosa, AL.

You will support process improvements, drive digitalization, and help automate reporting with Power BI, Excel Power Query, and ThinkCell. Preferred candidates are enrolled in university, available for at least 6 months, with strong Excel/VBA skills and a willingness to handle both administrative and strategic tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Controlling, MIS, CS or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, emphasis on Excel and VBA.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Operations Team with continuous improvement projects and administrative tasks.
• Create efficiencies in reporting using Power BI, Excel Power Query, and PowerPoint.
• Drive digitalization initiatives and automate manual tasks using RPA and BI tools.
• Assist in monthly tire payment processes and document work instructions.
