Job summary

Ipsen Bioscience, Inc. is seeking a strategic Head of Applied AI & Data Science to define and govern Ipsen's enterprise AI capabilities.

You will partner with business domains, mentor a team of data scientists and AI engineers, and drive the full lifecycle of data and AI products from feasibility to production. The role requires a strong track record in data science leadership, with emphasis on regulatory compliance, data governance, and adoption of modern tooling across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related field.
• 10+ years in data science/AI, with leadership experience.
• Experience leading data science/AI teams in pharma/healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern enterprise AI strategy and capabilities.
• Lead Data Science & AI Center of Excellence.
• Mentor data scientists and AI engineers; foster innovation.
• Collaborate with business domains to deliver data/AI solutions.
• Ensure regulatory and data privacy compliance across initiatives.
