Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS/DS/AI.
• At least 10 years in data science/AI with 5+ in leadership.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare regulatory context.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and govern the enterprise analytics and AI strategy.
• Lead the Data Science & AI Center of Excellence and mentor teams.
• Collaborate with business domains to deliver data/AI solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and data privacy across initiatives.
