Job summary

Kalman & Company, Inc. is seeking a motivated analyst to join the Business Analytics Team, focusing on data/cost analyses for Federal and DoW clients. The role demands strong quantitative skills, clear communication, and the ability to contribute to major defense studies.

You will help build predictive models, conduct economic analyses, and defend budget requirements. The team emphasizes collaboration, client engagement, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field with calculus and mathematical coursework.
• Expert-level Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lead, manage multiple tasks, and analyze large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost, affordability, and schedule analyses for DoD capabilities.
• Lead methodologies for program analyses and data-driven decision support.
• Support data analytics and predictive modeling efforts.
• Identify, cleanse, and normalize data to build decision-support models and forecasts.
• Prepare briefing materials for executive and oversight audiences.
