Job summary

Jack Henry in Missouri is seeking a Business Quality Analyst to join an agile development team, focusing on defining requirements, creating test plans, and ensuring production-quality software. Qualifications

• Minimum of four years’ experience using Silverlake or CIF 20/20 deposits.
• Experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of ACH/wires/EIP/EAA and other deposit functions.
• Experience with Core Business Services and/or iAdapter Mapping processes.
• Experience with SOA, XML, ALM and UFT testing.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or other software tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements with the development team including scoping, development, and testing enhancements for core functionality.
• Create and execute test plans and scripts for new products or enhancements; define test scenarios and data variations.
• Work with development to test enhancements and ensure correct production migration.
• Schedule and perform functional, integration, and regression testing; log and retest after fixes.
• Review requirements, design, and scope documents and provide feedback.
• Interact with SMEs and development teams to refine test requirements.
• Participate in backlog refinements and sprint planning to prioritize work.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
