Job summary

Wolters Kluwer in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Data Control Coordinator (Customer Service Representative) to manage data, provide timely information, and support the fulfillment system. The role requires strong technical skills with Advantage, SQL, and Microsoft Office, and involves coordinating cycles, renewals, and electronic file processing.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education is required or preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience using Microsoft Office Suite in a business environment.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a publishing or fulfillment environment.
• Experience creating databases, file comparisons, and file manipulation.
• Experience evaluating data and producing analytical reports.
• Experience in creating procedures and documentation of business policies.
• Prior experience working on a fulfillment system, generating data or reports.
• Advantage 2020 or later, Omni stream, and SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the cycle end distribution process for periodical products.
• Coordinate periodical class postal audits with USPS and Periodical Operations.
• Maintain the periodical renewal process and auto-renewal activities.
• Coordinate and monitor automated upload of periodical subscription orders.
• Facilitate data transfer for new or discontinued titles and reconcile financial reports.
• Coordinate online access for subscribers not on the main fulfillment system.
• Coordinate and monitor the automated upload of product sales information and orders.
• Oversee salesmen and convention processing and inventory reconciliation.
• Support microsite updates and service levels for promo codes.
• Test and implement upgrades to the fulfillment system and generate batch processes.
• Verify nightly edit reports and reconcile posting processes.
• Run user-defined reports and create Access databases for analytical reporting.
• Provide operational support for automated solutions and Jira/Help Desk processes.
