You will coordinate changes, ensure proper testing, and communicate updates across Store Support, Operations, and other departments. A strong background in information systems and compliance processes is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, business, or related field or equivalent work experience in information services.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT teams and coordinate with stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs.
• Analyze, evaluate and prepare recommendations of data management to support business needs.
• Communicate operational needs and priorities to IT leadership.
• Manage configuration changes and determine application testing requirements by analyzing business and system functionality.
• Document changes and communicate updates to project teams and stakeholders.
• Create, schedule and execute implementation plans for controlled releases of changes.
• Ensure documentation for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, PCI, and internal PM processes exists.
