Job summary

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to collaborate with users, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and manage dashboards, reports, and data exchanges.

You’ll support integration efforts, ensure data quality, and automate processes to improve user adoption across the system. You will also manage sandbox testing, data cleanup, and provide end-user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in information services.
• Preferred 2 years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, business, or related field or equivalent work experience in information services.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Certified Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Advanced Administrator or other additional certification are not required but are preferable
