Job summary

RMantra Solutions seeks an Operations Analyst to monitor 24/7 contractual performance and ticket lifecycle within our center. You will work with the Data Collection Services team to ensure processes are followed and measurable outcomes are achieved.

You will analyze performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and help develop changes that drive contract performance goals. You will also handle ad-hoc requests, monitor queues, and provide timely, actionable responses to requestors.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and data analytics.
• High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on contractual performance standards and ticket lifecycle in a 24/7 Operations Center.
• Collaborate within Data Collection Services to monitor and adhere to processes and procedures.
• Work under moderate supervision to identify areas for improvement and assist with process changes that enable integrated outcomes.
• Support business practices by ensuring ticket queues are monitored, updated, and analyzed to validate next actions.
• Receive ad-hoc requests from team leads and provide timely responses to requestors.
• Utilize report data to identify and recommend corrections on routine problems and issues.
