Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, Data Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in data entry, administrative operations, data collection, or office management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high typing accuracy.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Solid knowledge of database software, spreadsheet manipulation, and data verification techniques.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Availability for full-time employment in Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured data collection, entry, verification workflows across enterprise databases and spreadsheets.
• Perform data quality checks to identify and correct anomalies, duplicates, and missing values.
• Maintain secure, well-organized digital archives, records, and data collection logs.
• Resolve data discrepancies with project teams and field agents.
• Prepare administrative reports, data summaries, and progress updates for project managers.
