Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid. Collection Management and Dissemination (CM&D) Support (Collection Manager) to support a Federal Government client at Fort Meade, MD. The role focuses on editing IIRs, analyzing ISR data, and shaping collection plans to meet customer needs.

You will work across CI teams, using statistics and visualization techniques to report findings and improve collection effectiveness in a demanding government environment.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and editing Intelligence Information Reports (IIR).
• Proficiency with statistics, data analysis, and visualization tools.
• Understanding of collection management concepts and MOEs/MOPs.
• Familiarity with multi-INT collection and ISR data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform first review and editing of IIRs and provide feedback to CI teams.
• Apply intelligence collection systems to inform customers of developments.
• Evaluate collection performance against requirements and refine plans.
• Develop visualizations and models to report findings to stakeholders.
