Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking a hands-on Data Collection Shift Manager to lead a team of robot operators on the factory floor and keep data collection shifts running smoothly in San Francisco. You will coordinate assignments, breaks, and handoffs to ensure uptime while maintaining safety and high data quality.

You will mentor operators, address bottlenecks, and work with engineering to resolve issues quickly, keeping operations moving in a dynamic robotics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a frontline team in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to coach operators and maintain high data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead each shift, assign tasks, breaks, and handoffs to keep collection running.
• Improve collection efficiency by tracking data per hour and reducing downtime.
• Train and support operators with onboarding, expectations, and coaching on procedures.
