Qualifications

• Minimum degree or equivalent practical experience in HR or related field.
• 15+ years of HR experience with global remit.
• Experience as HRBP supporting technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan for Google Data Cloud.
• Provide thought leadership on organizational and people strategy during transformations.
• Offer data-driven insights to guide decision making and proactive solutions.
• Leverage AI tooling to design cross-disciplinary HR solutions.
• Provide deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent management and rewards.
