Qualifications

• Experience in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, and leadership coaching.

Responsibilities

• Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
• Provide insightful data to guide decision-making and proactive solutions.
• Consult with senior leaders to create a comprehensive people plan influencing large functions.
• Partner with leaders on designing and landing change initiatives.
• Identify root causes and design cross-disciplinary solutions.
• Provide expertise in talent and performance management, change management, and data analysis.
• Prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change with comprehensive plans.
