KeyCorp is seeking a Data & Business Intelligence Manager to lead federated analytics, enhance data experiences, and oversee analytics marts on Google Cloud. You will guide a cross-functional team of analytics, operations, and technology professionals to ensure data quality, governance, and scalable data solutions that align with business goals.

The role requires 7+ years in data analytics with cloud experience, and 1+ year of people leadership.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data product management.
1+ years of experience managing teams.
Experience working with Google Cloud Platforms (required).
Expertise with enterprise data environments and federated analytics models (required).
SQL, Python, or cloud platforms training or certifications preferred.
Training or certifications in data governance, data cataloging, and data lineage tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the federated analytics model and manage high-performance analytics teams.
Maintain and optimize analytics data marts (Star Marts, CAM) on Google Cloud.
Ensure data quality through testing, validation, and documentation.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for data usage.
Collaborate with analytics, operations, and technology teams to solve problems.
