Job summary

Health & Wellness Partners, LLC (HWP) is seeking a Data Control Coordinator for its Business Compliance – Post Meeting / Closeout team. You will ensure timely closeout of speaker bureau programs in line with client requirements and enter program/attendee data with high accuracy.

You will proactively follow up on missing documentation, perform QC on files, and coordinate with the meeting planning team to resolve discrepancies between meal counts and attendee records.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting, reviewing, and reconciling closeout documentation.
• Accurate data entry of program and attendee information into databases.
• Ability to escalate complex or time-sensitive issues to a supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and reconcile meeting closeout documentation from client field representatives, ensuring all materials are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Enter program and attendee information into databases with a high level of accuracy, following requirements.
• Proactively follow up with field representatives to resolve missing documentation and data discrepancies; escalate as needed.
• Conduct quality-control reviews of scanned and saved program files to ensure completeness and proper labeling.
• Partner with the meeting planning team to resolve discrepancies between meal counts and attendee records.
• Maintain organized records and communicate status updates to meet deadlines.
