Job summary

Daksta seeks a Divisional Manager to lead the Data Centre - Project & Construction Management division, driving end-to-end data centre construction and project delivery with a focus on timelines, budgets, and quality.

You will mentor a team of project managers and engineers, manage client and vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in data centre or critical infrastructure project management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for data centres.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of data centre construction and project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the division, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
