Job summary

CDC Data Centres is seeking a Services Manager to lead high‑scale, complex construction and service projects at our Silverdale site. You will drive initiation, planning and execution, coordinating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure quality, safety and on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-scale and complex construction projects.
• Exposure to electrical systems, power generation, fire safety or HVAC services.
• Strong time management, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data centre service projects, managing critical infrastructure and technical services.
• Plan projects, manage changes, coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to identify and mitigate risks in trades and site works.
• Conduct site inspections, report defects and progress, and participate in meetings.
• Review progress claims and manage reporting to clients.
