Job summary

Intelligence and National Security Alliance in the United States seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commissioning services on data centre and mission-critical projects. You will own projects from planning through completion, managing client relationships, project teams, programme and financial performance.

You will oversee commissioning levels 1–5, coordinate with clients, vendors and contractors, and ensure documentation quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within data centres, mission-critical, construction, commissioning, MEP or related environment.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling and contract management knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resources simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through final close-out.
• Develop and manage milestone schedules.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, billing, costs and financial performance.
• Review scope of work, estimates and schedules of values.
• Coordinate commissioning teams, client representatives, vendors and contractors.
• Oversee project close-out, commissioning reports and documentation.
• Support new project opportunities and client presentations.
• Supervise project resources including field staff.
