Job summary

Global Commissioning is seeking a Commissioning Manager to lead the design, installation, and commissioning of critical systems in data centre environments. You will direct project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient delivery from design through handover.

You will author and review OPRs and Basis of Design, draft commissioning plans, and run Level 2–5 commissioning activities, including site tests and weekly client meetings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and coordination across multi-discipline teams.
• Experience managing commissioning in data centre environments or similar large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of commissioning processes, documentation, and testing.
• Awareness of safety standards and on-site quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Author, review and align commissioning documents and requirements.
• Lead commissioning phases, workshops, tests, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage commissioning checklists, scripts and site reports.
• Drive weekly commissioning meetings and maintain the commissioning tracker.
• Oversee Level 4/5 commissioning activities and facilitate handover.
