As demand for AI, cloud computing, and high‑performance computing continues to reshape the global economy, our client is expanding its commissioning leadership team and seeking an experienced Director of Commissioning (CX) to lead large‑scale commissioning programmes across North America.
This is a rare opportunity to influence the delivery of multi‑billion‑dollar data centre portfolios while building and leading high‑performing commissioning teams across multiple regions.
Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Director of Commissioning will be responsible for developing and executing commissioning strategy across a growing portfolio of hyperscale and colocation data centre developments.
You will provide leadership across all commissioning activities from design review and constructability through Integrated Systems Testing (IST), operational readiness, and final client handover.
This role requires a strategic leader capable of driving consistency, operational excellence, and programme‑wide delivery standards across multiple concurrent projects.
