Job summary

EnerMech is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Data Centres to drive growth of its pre-commissioning and commissioning services within the rapidly expanding data centre sector. You will build relationships with owners, developers, EPC contractors, and MEP firms, promoting EnerMech’s capabilities across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or technical sales within data centre or mission-critical sectors.
• Strong understanding of data centre lifecycle from design to handover.
• Established relationships with data centre owners, developers, EPC/MEP contractors would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BD plans for data centre pre-commissioning.
• Identify and pursue opportunities with hyperscale operators, colocation providers, developers, EPC contractors, MEP contractors and commissioning consultants.
• Promote EnerMech’s pre-commissioning services (flushing, pressure testing, chemical cleaning, leak testing, drying, nitrogen services, system cleaning).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
• Develop account plans for strategic customers and identify long-term framework opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to craft customer-focused solutions and proposals.
• Support tender preparation, technical presentations and commercial submissions.
