Job summary

BROGAV Solutions in Ramsey, MN is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to keep operations safe, accurate, and efficient in support of customer orders and project delivery. You will lead inventory, receiving, cabinet assembly, and outbound shipping, while mentoring a small team and driving repeatable processes to hit deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse leadership, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and safety compliance.
• Ability to lead a small team and coordinate tasks in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable using ERP and inventory tools to control accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient layout.
• Direct receiving, inspection, and staging of shipments, and reconcile discrepancies in the system.
• Manage outbound shipping, packaging, and communication with customers and vendors.
• Lead cabinet assembly processes and maintain quality control for assembled products.
• Coach and develop warehouse staff, ensuring safety and process adherence.
