Responsibilities

• Lead an operations team with warehouse and driver staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and DOT regulations.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents with safety procedures.
• Maintain technical and computer skills for distribution systems.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with Fleet and Safety Coordinator.
• Schedule and assign employees to meet warehouse requirements.
• Coach and develop warehouse staff performance.
• Coordinate activities with branch manager and sales personnel.
• Attend company meetings as requested.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results.
