Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Training Facilitator to support Oracle's growing data center operations team. This role centers on delivering instructor-led and hands-on training for data center personnel, drawing on real-world experience in critical facilities and infrastructure.

You will lead onboarding, mentoring, and certification programs, develop training materials, and partner with operations leaders to identify skill gaps while promoting safety and operational excellence on site in Abilene,

Qualifications

• Data center experience is required.
• Strong understanding of critical facilities operations.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training, onboarding programs, certifications, workshops, or technical sessions.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and facilitating classroom and hands-on training.
• Experience creating or improving training materials, SOPs, and operational documentation.

Responsibilities

Training Facilitator (Data Center Operations)

Location: Saline, MI or Abilene, TX

Schedule: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

Must-Have Profile

A candidate who has worked in a data center, critical facilities, commissioning, electrical, or mechanical operations environment and has been heavily involved in training, onboarding, mentoring, instructing, or facilitating learning programs throughout their career.

Insight Global is seeking a Training Facilitator to support Oracle's growing data center operations team. This role is ideal for someone who comes from a data center environment and has spent a significant portion of their career training, onboarding, mentoring, or facilitating technical learning for operations personnel.

This is not a traditional corporate trainer role. We are looking for someone with real-world experience supporting data center operations, critical facilities, or electrical/mechanical infrastructure who can effectively transfer that knowledge to others.

Required Qualifications

• Data center experience is required
• Strong understanding of critical facilities operations
• Electrical, mechanical, facilities, commissioning, or operations background
• Experience delivering formal instructor-led training, onboarding programs, certifications, workshops, or technical learning sessions
• Comfortable presenting to groups and facilitating classroom and hands-on training
• Experience creating, maintaining, or improving training materials, SOPs, and operational documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience training technicians, operators, engineers, or facilities personnel
• Experience with certification tracking and compliance programs
• Critical facilities, commissioning, or mission-critical infrastructure experience
