Job summary

Jabil Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager focused on Data Center Infrastructure Engineering and Manufacturing.

The TPM will coordinate large-scale programs, report to senior leadership, and work across cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and on-time delivery. The role requires 8+ years in data center or industrial program management, strong knowledge of power/cooling systems, and a background in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical engineering fields.
• 8+ years as a data center/industrial technical program manager.
• 5+ years of project management including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates to leadership and partners on infrastructure programs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of datacenter power distribution, cooling and related systems.
• Act as technical advisor and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
• Coordinate multiple projects and manage interdependencies.
• Drive decisions with stakeholders to remove roadblocks and satisfy customers.
• Collaborate with factory-based PMs from RFP through NPI completion of FWT.
• Manage RFP timelines, milestones, meetings, RFIs/ECNs and deliverables.
