Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (Data Center) to lead and manage complex programs across server hardware, product engineering, and test engineering. This onsite role is based in Santa Clara, CA and requires coordinating with global engineering teams to drive initiatives and ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in TPM roles, deep data center infrastructure experience, and Python proficiency for automation and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, or a related domain.
• Strong experience working in data center environments and infrastructure programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-changing environment.
• Familiarity with Python programming for automation, data analysis, or engineering workflows.
• Good understanding of server hardware, system architecture, and data center technologies.
• Experience collaborating with global engineering teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
