Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience in mechanical engineering with emphasis on thermal science.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience offset with an advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture of end-to-end data center thermal solutions from server to facility.
• Lead design efforts for liquid cooling and air-cooled solutions.
• Develop and validate hardware topologies for efficiency and performance in AI workloads.
• Collaborate with suppliers, partners and ODMs on mechanics, thermal and electrical design aspects.
• Define BOM/SKUs to meet technical requirements and coordinate with engineering.
