Job summary

Pkaza LLC is seeking an experienced Telecom Project Manager for Abilene, TX to lead low-voltage and structured cabling projects in data center environments. You will coordinate between clients, field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality results.

The role requires strong organizational and technical knowledge of telecom infrastructure, ability to read drawings, and hands-on field engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/related field (preferred).
5+ years telecom project management in data center environments.
Experience coordinating GC/contractors, data center owners/operators, subs, vendors.
Strong knowledge of structured cabling, fiber/copper, data center infrastructure.
Ability to read drawings, schedules, and technical docs for cabling.
Open to heavy travel; RCDD certification a huge plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of low-voltage and structured cabling projects from kickoff to closeout.
Lead client, project leadership, field teams, vendors, subs as primary POC.
Manage schedules, budgets, materials, manpower, documentation, and testing; ensure safety and on-time delivery.
Track costs, forecast, and change orders; maintain Procore/Bluebeam documentation.
