• Review plans, specs, drawings, contracts and schedules.
• Develop schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, architects, engineers, vendors and field personnel.
• Lead kickoff meetings and maintain clear communication through the project lifecycle.
• Monitor costs, billing, forecasting, change orders, and financial performance.
