Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience estimating and managing telecommunications cabling projects.
• Experience in construction management with multiple subcontractors is a plus.
• Knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
• Ability to complete and submit accurate documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee telecom crews responsible for cabling, CCTV, and other systems.
• Manage day-to-day activities to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Create baseline schedules, change orders, staffing, and materials plans.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractors.
• Provide timely status and financial reporting to customers and vendors.
• Travel as needed.
