Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a relevant engineering, design or management discipline.
• Industry certifications preferred (e.g., BICSI RCDD) but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and document telecommunications systems, including structured cabling, equipment rooms, MDF/IDF layouts, and pathways.
• Coordinate with Bala’s Audiovisual & Security teams.
• Develop scope of responsibility documents and coordination materials.
• Provide QA/QC on technology-related projects.
• Assist project managers on design and documentation across Bala’s markets.
