Job summary

CBRE Data Center Technician position is responsible for preventative maintenance and corrective repairs within a Data Center operation. You will perform daily site inspections of mechanical and engineering systems, respond to Building Management System alarms, and complete emergency repairs as needed.

You will conduct planned preventive and reactive maintenance on equipment, check UPS and PDU readings, and coordinate with third-party vendors while following all safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily site inspections of Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment.
• Ensure the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.
• React to Building Management System alarms and complete emergency repairs as needed.
• Work with third-party vendors ensuring compliance with processes, procedures, and laws.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on all equipment.
• Check BMS for running and alarm conditions and respond to HVAC-related client problems.
