Responsibilities

• Assist with daily site inspections of Mechanical & Engineering systems and equipment.
• Ensure the site’s environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.
• React to Building Management System alarms and complete emergency repairs.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors and ensure compliance with procedures and laws.
• Flag subcontractor performance issues per the Master Service Agreement.
• Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on equipment.
• Check BMS for running/alarm conditions and respond to HVAC issues.
• Document maintenance activities and follow safety and regulatory standards.
